A: For wholesale prices, the minimum order is 25 pieces. This can be a mix of different products.
Q: Do I need a registered VAT nr for buying wholesale from you?
A: If you don't have a VAT number, it is not a problem, but we have to charge you 19% tax on the total amount of your order.

A: No, we work only with pre-payment. We'll send you the goods after we receive the payment.

A: Yes, cash on delivery (rembours) is possible, but only inside Holland.

A: Sorry, but we don't work with paypal. You can choose between bank transfer or credit card

A: If you choose for credit card payment, we ask authorization and then send you the packet directly.

Anyway, we try to send you the goods at the same week that you have placed your order. Sometimes, even at the same day.
Wholesale packets are send always on Tuesdays and Fridays.
Q: How long does the order take to arrive to me?
A: It depends from where you come from. Here a list of some places:
- Holland: 1-2 working days
- Germany, Belgium, Luxembourg: 2-3 working days
- France, Austria, Italy, England, Portugal, Sweden, Finland, Denmark, Norway: 3-4 working days
- Outside Europe: 6-12 working days
Q: How much do I have to pay for transport?
A: Transport cost depends on the weight of your packet. When we will be ready with your packet, we will contact you about the transport costs and way of payment.
Q: Is it possible to receive the goods really fast?
A: Yes, it is possible. We can always send you the goods with a faster service, no problem! But it will cost more than the normal service. If you wish to know both prices, just let us know and we will send you all the information.
