A: Our catalogue is only available on internet. There you can see all our 2500 pictures and easily order direct on line.
Q: What is the minimum order for wholesale?
A: For wholesale prices, the minimum order is 25 pieces. This can be a mix of different products.
Q: Do I need a registered VAT nr for buying wholesale from you?
A: If you don't have a VAT number, it is not a problem, but we have to charge you 19% tax on the total amount of your order.

Q: How long does it take for you to send me my order?
A: If you choose for credit card payment, we ask authorization and then send you the packet directly. If you choose to pay by bank, we send you the packet after we receive your payment. Anyway, we try to send you the goods at the same week that you’ve placed your order. Sometimes, even at the same day.
Q: Can we pay after receiving the goods?
A: No, we work only with pre-payment. This means that we'll send you the goods after we receive the payment.
Q: Can we choose for cash on delivery?
A: Yes, cash on delivery (rembours) is possible, but only inside Holland.
Q: How much do I have to pay for transport?
A: Transport cost depends on the weight of your packet. When we will be ready with your packet, we will contact you about the transport costs and way of payment.

A: It depends from where you come from. Here a list of some places:

- Germany, Belgium, Luxembourg: 2-3 working days
- France, Austria, Italy, England, Portugal, Sweden, Finland, Denmark, Norway: 3-4 working days
- Outside Europe: 6-12 working days
