Below is a list of frequently asked questions which apply for our retail business.
 
Q: Where are you based?
A: We are based in Holland.

Q: Do you have a shop?
A: We do not have a shop somewhere in Holland, only an online shop.

Q: Do you have a catalogue?
Our catalogue is only available on internet. There you can see all our 10000 pictures and easily order direct online.

Q: How much do I have to pay for transport costs?
A: After filling in name, address, country, and other information, you go to the next page. The computer will automatically calculate the transport costs to your country.

Q: I do not have a credit card. What are my payment options?
A: If you don't have a credit card, no problem!!! You can always choose payment by bank.

Q: Can we pay after receiving the goods?
A: No, we work only with pre-payment. This means that we'll send you the goods after we receive the payment.

Q: Can we choose for cash on delivery?
A: Yes, cash on delivery (rembours) is possible, but only inside Holland.

Q: Do you work with cheques?
A: No, we do not work with cheques. We work only with bank or credit card.

Q: Which credit cards do you work with?
A: We work with Visa, Euro / Master card and American Express.

Q: Is it safe to send my credit card details online?
A: We have a Thawte certificate; this means that our site is SSL secured. If you can see a yellow lock at the toolbar when you go to the details page, this means that your details will be send to us encrypted. If you still have any doubt, you can always choose for payment by bank.

Q: How do I place an order online?
A: To place an order online is very simple:
- You choose a product, and then click on order this.
- If you wish to order more products, click on order more
- On the next page we need to know more about you (name, address, and way of payment).
- Before you send us your order, the computer will automatically calculate the transport costs.
- And then you click on "send us your order".

Q: How long does it take for you to send me my order?
A: If you choose for credit card payment, we ask authorization and then send you the packet directly. If you choose to pay by bank, we send you the packet after we receive your payment.

Q: How long does the order take to arrive to me?
A: It depends from where you come from¦
Here a list of some places:
- Holland: 1-2 working days
- Germany, Belgium, Luxembourg: 2-3 working days
- France, Austria, Italy, England, Portugal:  3-4 working days
- Sweden, Finland, Denmark, Norway: 4-8 working days
- Outside Europe: 6-12 working days

Q: How do you send the goods to me?
A: We send it always priority and you can choose if you wish registered or not. If you choose for not registered it is cheaper, but it is your own full responsability. We cannot be hold responsable for anything that can happen to your packet.

Q: Can I send a product back?
A: Yes, you can, if there is a reason for it, but we need to know it within 48 hours after you receive the packet.

Q: How do I return it to you? 
A:  To return it to us, please send the goods in a fully stamped envelope to:

Q: Do you have other sizes then what I can see online?
A: No, the sizes you see, is what we have on stock. As soon as a different size will be available, we will place it online.

Q: What kind of information will you send to me if I choose for receiving more information from you?
A: Almost every month, we create some special offers, for example: no transport costs, or half price for some products. You would receive 1 email a month with our special offers!
